Because these products are made in small batches with high-quality ingredients, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

This ensures product safety and hygiene for all customers.

We may accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was the result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item sent).

2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (typically credit card) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds may also be granted without requiring a return in special cases (e.g., severely damaged goods).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our mistake.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of:

  • Packaging

  • Shipping box (including any visible damage)

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
Once shipped or packaged, cancellations cannot be processed.

We ship orders within an average of 7 days, although processing times may vary based on product batch availability.
